About Us
In 2019 I started mowing lawns: it was just myself and a push mower. As the work picked up through high school, I brought on my two younger brothers, and that's where Mangiapane Brothers Lawn & Snow was born.
By the time I got to college, I had a decision to make. I could scale back, or I could figure out how to continue to serve my clients with consistent, quality work—to build something that ran properly without myself running every job. I began studying entrepreneurship and applied these lessons directly to the business: building systems, hiring the right people, and establishing a strict standard of service.
My brothers still lead our crews today, keeping our operation disciplined: we show up on schedule, get the job down right, and have clear communication with each of our clients. Our clients know what they can expect because we've built the company around consistently delivering high-quality work, not merely our good intentions.
